Lisa has over 13 years of public relations, branding and event planning experience. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in strategic communications, Lisa began her career as an account executive at Swanson Communications in 2008, working her way up to become Vice President of the company. While at Swanson, Lisa managed the public relations efforts for some of the highest grossing live pay-per-view events in history including Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao (2015), Floyd Mayweather vs. Connor McGregor (2017) and Floyd Mayweather vs. Canelo Alvarez (2013). She was also an integral part of the launch of the Premier Boxing Champions series, which kicked off in 2017 on FOX, ABC, ESPN, Spike TV and Bounce TV. In addition to the company’s boxing practice, Lisa managed individual athlete accounts including NBA All-Star, entrepreneur and philanthropist Caron Butler as well as NFL stars Marcell Dareus and Ricky Jean-Francois.

She eventually relocated from Washington, DC to Los Angeles and in July 2019, Lisa became the Director of Communications and Media Relations for the LA Wildcats of the XFL. As the third employee of the XFL’s Los Angeles team, Lisa was responsible for the rollout of every tentpole announcement including the team name, logo, uniform, ball, draft, schedule and ticket pricing. She oversaw all public facing aspects of the team including media availabilities at training camp and practice. She staffed the sidelines during games to ensure the unprecedented access granted to the league’s TV partners was a success for both the networks and the players. After the XFL shut down prematurely due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in April 2020, Lisa found an opportunity to start anew and founded Coast 2 Coast Public Relations in June 2020 . She is an active member of the LA chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE) and she lives in Camarillo, CA with her husband Jeremy, daughters Zoe and Ruby, and dog Tater Tot.
